letting them get down to 10V is BAD, that's basically 100% discharged. Trojan rep told me letting them get down to 20 or 30% SOC is not an issue. In fact trojan shows cycle life in the hundreds at 20%SOC (80%DOD) . However, he also stated even a few time down near 0, especially if they are not immediately recharged can mean death. And at 10V you've drawn them down to 0 a couple of times. Don't know how costco GC compare.
I can say though that my trojans lasted 10 years with 50+ times down to about 30% SOC or slightly more, but NEVER down to 0.
