Your problem is caused by not having a generator.
Allowing batteries to be discharged more than 50% and then waiting for a number of days before recharging is the "Kiss of death". Your batteries had too much time for sulfating of the plates to take place. Your capacity dropped to about 30% of new.
Your batteries are toast and need to be replaced. The new set will not do any better unless you get a generator and immediately recharge to at least 90% capacity (many hours of generator time depending on type of charger) when batteries near 50% discharge. A better quality brand will hold up better, but not with your current way of using.
