We like Best Buy's "Insignia" brand in 19" TV's. What we found was the least expensive TV's had about the same Picture but very poor SOUND. In the RV, even with only two of us, the A/C makes enough noise that we need the volume up more than you'd think. Insignia can do that. So can the better big name brands like Vizio, just not the cheapies. Insignia has a 20" with onboard player about $150. But it's DVD only.
I do know the 19" uses a 120VAC>>12VDC Wall Wart style Brick, and has enough inputs to accept input from external devices.
I kinda wonder why you want to stay Jensen. If you're replacing an older format of TV, whether CRT or flat screen with the Aspect Ratio of a CRT, you'll have enough adapting to do that brand won't matter. I think they'll all have VESA mounting pads so you know you can mount them with metric screws, even if you make your own adapter.
