Keeping batteries charged during the winter
Last winter I kept our batteries charged with two BatteryMINDer 2012's, one on the two truck batteries and another on the two camper batteries. This arrangement did a satisfactory job.
Subsequently we upgraded the camper converter with a Progressive Dynamics PD4645, which is currently (no pun intended) keeping both the truck batteries and the camper batteries charged.
Here's my question: Will this arrangement do as good a job of keeping my batteries charged as the BatteryMINDers did last year? I would especially appreciate responses from those who have experience with both the BatteryMINDer 2012 and the Progressive Dynamics PD4645. (The 2012 has temperature compensation and the PD4645 does not.)
