Kwikee levelers

I am having a problem with my right rear p/s leveler ( they do not have springs ) as i stated in another post the leveler comes down enough to set the alarm off while driving or sometimes just setting. I just noticed that when i retract them that that leveler doesn"t retract all the way. about 1/4,by the way they are hydrolic.
