Depends. Usually the jacks and slide are wired directly to the battery and are not disconnected by the trailer's "battery disconnect switch"
That switch will isolate the battery from the converter though, so on shore power the converter can't do one of its jobs-- maintaining the battery. Scenarios vary, but it is often better to leave the battery on the converter.
