I am doubting you can do a 50-90 on that bank in two hours starting at 100 amps. I have done many 50-90s with a target time of two hours and I can only do it with a somewhat smaller bank and starting with higher amps.
I think what is happening is that meter does not allow (or allow enough) for charging efficiency, so the AH restored number is a bit too high.
