The generator can do 13.3 but may also do a small over load for 30 minutes. By then the draw from it may have dropped to below the 13.3 threshold.
From the numbers on the ARC display:
125 x 13.5 = 1687.5 watts
1687.5 / 120 = 14.06 amps
I see from the display that the Magnum is being run in load support mode.
Was solar contributing amps to the battery bank?
