When I replaced cylinders on one door to match the other door I was able to order a service key from ekeyblank.com but I don't see that key offered on their site anymore. The service key didn't work. I took my locks to my local locksmith that handles everything. He had never seen the FIC cylinders before. He took them into the back room and 10 minutes later gave me the lock back with the new cylinders installed. I think it cost me about $10 for his time.
