I tried the rvlocksandmore website but they do not offer cylinders for FIC locks, only for the Global locks. There is one part that says Global cylinders work with FIC but another part that says they don't so what is right?
As for the key needed to pull the cylinder out, I have one of the Fastec blue keys from when I got the replacement cylinders for my TT.
I went to Fastecs site and attempted to order 2 sets, keyed alike but their online form is flawed and won't allow a Canadian to put in our postal code. Though they have an area to say I'm from Canada/ Alberta, the part of their form for the country and code returns an error telling me to put in a valid postal code.
I'm not sure if there is a way to put in a note on their warranty claim form to explain the situation, as one lock is covered by the recall and one isn't.
I may have to phone them if I want to do this.
