No 12 Volts on battery, fully charged

Get yourself a VOLTMETER.And check your btry. JMO

Does it look like this?

Use a meter to see if power is getting through this breaker. Between the two terminals, you should see same voltage as you see on the battery. Another way to test, disconnect battery and test for continuity between the breaker terminals.

Some have a reset button, some don't. They are available at most auto parts stores.

Odd that the relay allows power one direction and not the other.
Easy to test with a voltmeter.

Yes. As above, your converter makes 12v ok when it has 120v input.

No converter, no 12v, means the battery 12v is not reaching the 12v fuse panel. Again, as above, that means the battery disconnect switch is open, or the battery fuse or DC circuit breaker (whichever you have) is blown, or that solenoid is stuck.

MHs have the battery disconnect switch in two stages..the stitch you use only operates the solenoid switch.

The quick check would be measure across the battery terminals with your voltmeter with shore power turned off. If the battery is fully charged it will read around 12.6-7VDC. Then turn on the shore power and the same battery terminals should read 13.6VDC telling you the converter/charger is ON and the connections between the converter and the battery are all good.

If you do not see the increase in DC VOLTAGE at the battery terminals when you turn on the shore power then the converter/charger may be bad, or the interconnect fuses between the converter and battery are bad, or you have some sort of bad cable connections or perhaps you have a BATTERY DISCONNECT switch open.

Must be a full moon tonight - Everyone having battery problems all of a sudden...

Most trailers have a 30 amp fuses located in the positive line (near the battery). My guess would be that this fuse is blown or the fuse HOLDER has allowed water intrusion and corrosion has stopped the connection to the battery. That is something you certainly should CHECK before throwing money at the problem.

No, the gauge indicates voltage at the main panel.
Get out your voltmeter and check actual battery voltage on the battery terminals.
