My Norcold appears to be belly up. Getting an error code "cooling unit inopertive." Don't know if your problem could be similar. My unit would not work on propane, but would work on shore power. Then, after a couple of days, it would not work on anything and I was getting the above error code. Mine may be an anomaly, and yours could be entirely different, but who knows?
