Norcold 811 turns off

Ours has done this and it was the eyebrow control inside. We took it apart and cleaned all the connections and it's been fine for a month or so now. It surprised us as the controls inside looked like brand new with no visible sign of poor contact anywhere.

When this occurs are you getting any fault codes?

ON led light should blink to indicate a fault
*ON Led flashes 1x every 3 seconds------Back up operating system....test thermistor resistance,,,,,,30-32K @32*F
*ON led flashes 2x every 3 seconds------Mode switch failure...replace optical control
*ON led flashes 3x every 3 seconds------AC heater failure....resistance 38-53 ohms,,,,,,if tests OK then power board
*ON led flashes 4x every 3 seconds------Controls failure.....replace power board
*ON led flashes 5x every 3 seconds------No cooling detected....power board, obstruction in draft, cooling unit blockage
