Why a couple of days? When a Norcold doesn't take a couple days to reach room/ambient temperatures. Testing should be complete inside 2-3 hours at most. At least all my units have on my RV fridges...
Suggestion was to TURN fridge OFF for couple days..so that it really gets warm.
THEN test cooling abilities.
This way OP will get a good idea on whether cooling unit has blockage issues or not.
Which would be evident if the WHOLE thread was read from beginning.
