1. Dirty burner/Flue would NOT affect 120 operation
2. IF the CU was blocked/bad, it would NEVER get to correct temp which this does but takes days to do
3. LOW AC line voltage will cause poor 120 cooling
4. Dirty burner/debris build up on burner baffle and/or LOW LP pressure will cause poor LP cooling
5. IF in a slide room, then the unit requires a rear CU cooling fan. IF you have it in a slide room and NO OEM cooling fan,it needs one.
6. Ventilation from bottom outside up the back and out the top or side vent is CRITICAL. PULL the roof vent and shine a light down to verify the open space above the condenser fins. You CANNOT tell this by looking up from the bottom rear. IF in a slide room the remove the upper door to verify ventilation is open. Since you have additional fans, THIS(item 6) is what I suspect is your problem
