- Campfire_TimeExplorerIf you need parts Escanaba has a large RV dealer. I have not had to use them but at least they are there.

You chose wisely, lol! You'll love the 310. Just looks and feels more substantial.
I stopped at camping world and bought a domestic 310. When I talked to the parts guy he said parts were 80$ and pain to reassemble or 170$ on sale for the 310. So that’s what I’m gonna do this evening. - stickdogExplorerThrow away society but don't think I could hold it till Amazon could come through. Go with the new potty.

- larry_barnhartExplorerHard to beat the dometic 310 change the bowl seal. Chevman
- myredracerExplorer IIYeah, what brand & model? After having issues with the foot operated water valve and also the ball valve on our Thetford Acqua Magic, we got a new Dometic 310. Much better toilet. Sold the Thetford on FB marketplace and had 3 people interested the next day and put the $$ towards the Dometic.
Easy to pull the toilets up but you want to replace the foam gasket any time you do that. If you have to go to an RV dealer or shop for that anyway, you might see what they have for a new pedal (if needed) or even a new toilet. I had the foot pedal on our Thetford off a couple of times and is not easy to get aligned correctly before pushing it back it place. Cheaply made IMO and can see why it'd come off.
If it's the Thetford Acqua Magic II, there is an online video from Thetford that has a young girl explaining how easy it is to re-install the pedal... :R I had a new foot valve to install in our old Thetford and couldn't quite figure out to put it back together properly. Took it to an RV repair shop and even the owner scratched his head at first. What a stupid toilet! :M - SidecarFlipExplorer IIIUse the bushes......
- Cummins12V98Explorer IIIMay want to mention what brand and model toilet you are referring to. :R
- BFL13Explorer IIBTDT. Undo the two bolts holding the toilet down and the water line, lift the toilet and re-attach the foot pedal. You can see how it works once you get at it. You might as well replace the flange seal if it is a foam one. Might not need to if wax.
