Optimum Manual Charging Scheme?
I'm looking for a general description of an "optimum" charging cycle for a 100ah - 160ah AGM battery bank. Let's say that I'm using my Meanwell power supply, adjustable 15v 13.4A.
Let's imagine the batts are at 50% SOC and I can adjust my boost voltage to the optimum--what would that be?
Since I can manually turn the voltage down, and it would be fairly easy for me to do this accurately, at what point on this 100ah or so bank, should I start to turn down the V, and what is the best method?
Isn't it true that some chargers stay at their boost V level for 30 minutes after the bank V rises to that level? And then they slowly decrease "something", either V or A. What is optimum?
I know that BFL has an "Ugly Graph" out there, but where is it? Will it help?
Knowledge, please!!
