You'll never meet the minimum bulk current requirements for your large battery bank, but there is a lot to be said for offsetting one's daily usage by some factor, So I'd aim for that.
Goal is 50-70Ah per day. It's not to cover my usage but to cover future convection oven use. I want to start at 300-ish W and go from there. The two 150's or even 140's would work for me. Anything else would be gravy. I really like those Evergreen 120W's but I can't fit 2 of those lengthwise.
EDIT: Those Renogy panels are 26.7" wide according to the manufacturer so the issue is width not length (39.7"). So I could not get 4 of those in the space allotted.
