If you got one less amp all day for 8 hours that would be 8 AH. How big a deal is that in your scenario? Only you know that sort of thing.
With flat you will not get rated Isc unless sun is really high anyway. I don't know if you can compare relative off-angle amps to relative Isc amps in proportion with different panels that may have different cell designs for light spectrums or whatever- all too complicated.
