The voltage headroom is not needed with PWM AFAIK. ? But the two 150s may be the way to get the most in the space available despite their lower than usual Isc.
Is the Isc on this one too low?
140W
Mena, have you by chance estimated your daily amp usage yet? Swapped all the lights out to LED's? In theory, you could install that PWM controller first, hook up the battery and load side, without the panel side, go camp, and log some actual usage before buying your panels, and route all the wiring upstairs to the junction box on the roof, then tie in later, to your solar panels you decide on getting. Got a generator?
More food for thought, if you are camped near the coast, are you dealing with morning fog, and if so, when does it burn off and when do you get full power from your solar panels, will it cut into your daily hours of solar amperage harvest? Are you going to be going upstairs with Windex and paper towels to keep the accumulated dust off your solar panels to keep them generating maximum power, and to remove morning dew?
The answer is... It's Complicated!
I know, I'm an idiot for just going out and buying a portable fold up solar panel. :Z Little different situation with it being just me and 21 feet of tiny travel trailer. I don't use much juice.
