Possible purchase...How bad is this delamination? (pic)

Hi folks, Please look at the attached pics. I know there are a lot of unknowns when all there is, is a picture, but it's all I have right now in considering a long distance purchase. My concern...

Run like the wind. I am a very handy man I wouldn't touch that thing with a ten foot pole. It's not that it's unrepeatable it's that by the time your done repairing it You will have spent way more than the finished product is worth.
