Don't intend to be critical, but how do you know it is "pretty good overall condition". Are you going by the word of the seller or pictures which the seller took? If so, please don't pay anything up front until you actually see it or have it inspected by reputable person whom you hire. I bought a vehicle long distance once, all of the pics which the seller took only showed the best parts of the vehicle. When I went to pickup the truck it had significant collision damage. He apparently had taken pictures before it was wrecked. Also one of the tie rods was so loose it was dangerous to drive and had other assorted problems. Never again will I buy something of any significant value without seeing it first!
