Possible purchase...How bad is this delamination? (pic)

Hi folks, Please look at the attached pics. I know there are a lot of unknowns when all there is, is a picture, but it's all I have right now in considering a long distance purchase. My concern...

Time to run, don't walk, unless you know what you are doing for doing the repair yourself, and your time is free. If you pay others to do the service for you, it quickly becomes uneconomical. Too much unknown and risk to be taking on for that kind of asking price.
