Our latest camper has our first power awning and I love it. I use it differently since it is so easy to deploy and retract. I put it out when I need it and pull it in at all other times such as when sleeping or away from the RV.
Very handy but you learn new habits to take advantage of its capabilities. I am all for anything that makes set up and tear down faster.
