If it's a 30A (or 20A) outlet you're ultimately connected to, that would pretty much have to be at the panel input or, if wired from a subpanel, in the feed from the panel to the subpanel. If it's a 50A circuit feeding you, it could be anywhere from within the RV back.
Its plugged into my shed outlet. Its a dedicated 20 amp circuit from main panel.
From main panel to shed is some 75 ft . 12 gauge I believe i ran in conduit many years ago.
Then from shed im 50 ft of 12 gauge ext cord..
Let me take my killowatt inside and test a different outlet.
The 136 volt reading is from an outlet in the RV..
