Power Gear Leveler Jacks question

Does anyone have words of advise for resetting the main power module of Power Gear Leveler Jacks? Repairs to the jack system are complete, but the control panel still shows that the jacks are down and will not move. We have found only one possible solution and the attempt failed. We have emailed Power Gear, but they have not replied. If anyone has some ideas on how to reset the system it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • Yes, we have that manual too. We tried the options listed. We were just hoping there was another method we could use. I guess we will be taking it into the repair shop. :(
  • The "jacks down light" is controlled by a float switch in the reservoir. When the jacks are retracted, the fluid returns to the reservoir and if full enough it will float the switch and turn the "light" off. So if the jacks are fully retracted and the "light" is still on, you need to add some fluid, Dexron III. I use a flexible spout pump oil can like a Plews oil can filled with dexron III. and squirt fluid in until it is almost full and then see if the light goes off. Try it,
I don't know of a reset, just know of the low fluid problem.
