Power Windows dont work

As to your question?
If you have actually checked the fuse using a VOM and it is good, and there is a CB in the circuit, then you need to check voltage out of the breaker, IF you have voltage there, then move up he circuit to the next logical place, The switch. You need 12VDC into the switch for things to work. I would suspect you have a broken power wire where they feed through the door post to the door. Can be a common source of trouble.
