Question how to remove/replace in-ceiling "puck" light bulb

I just want to vouch, and thank you for the advice.
Yes, pull straight down, you can support the ceiling a bit with your hands around it so it doesnt have a chance to tear.

The springs WILL fold up, then as mentioned, just hold the fixture, and push and turn the lens.

Again, big thank you for the help on this! I can rebuild a small block ford in 42 minutes, but couldnt figure out how to get those darn lights out! haha!

Brulaz, pull harder and pull straight down. You won't break anything the springs are quite strong.

Hmmmm, mine are already LEDs. But the lens looks like the picture above. Don't recall seeing the springs.

When I pull on the fixture it comes down about 1/4" and then sticks. I hesitate to pull harder ... but the springs should collapse if I do?

When I try to rotate the lens, the whole assembly turns, so I need to pull the fixture out and get a better grip on it I guess.
