After lurking here for 2 weeks, and reading all 100+ posts I finally decided to pick up a ELM-3000. I purchased via the eliminatorusa website and got a refurb for $249, $315 shipped. I just took delivery today and the genset appears to have survived shipping. I does appear to have a bad breaker. The first breaker refuses to reset (even with the unit off), it just keeps falling to the tripped position. Has anyone experienced this? I am waiting on a rep to contact me next week on how to get a new breaker. Otherwise, the unit fired right up.
