I Still dont know why you cant add on to the exaust aiming it up as long as you use a bigger diamiter pipe for it wont cause more back preasure...im bringing mine to a friend of mine the designs muffelers for the scooters that are built in china and other countrys for they can pass epa and noise standards in the US to see what he thinks will get back to you when i get a answer
