You have an Atwood Helium absorption fridge (same as any other absorption fridge except it uses Helium Gas as part of coolant solution vs Hydrogen Gas used in the other ones)
0601 is a 6 cu. ft fridge
0801 is a 8 cu. ft. fridge
As mentioned water running down under RV is due to fridge defrosting because of 'not cooling'
When you stated " All lights are on with the control panel face,......"
Do you mean Check, Auto, Gas, AC & DC are ON????
If YES then that could indicate the 'high overtemp' thermal switch on burner stack OPENED shutting down both heat sources due to 'cooling unit' failure.
How level is driveway?
Was RV level during trip?
Remove outside lower access/vent panel and check for any 'yellowish' residue/powder around burner area/stack/flue
