Refrigerator not cooling fully
Our refrigerator is cool but not cold. Freezer can't keep ice frozen. No ammonia smell. I have a fan inside frig running full time. Temps are highs in mid 80's lows in lower 70's. No shade...

Is there a tab you can side up and down on the fins inside the fridge? If so slide it toward the top.
