I agree, it is a pleasure to find someone who backs their product. A few years ago I installed a HatchLift kit on the outside compartment on my 5er. I had followed the chart on the website. It wasn't able to hold the compartment door up so Gary sent me stronger struts(apparently my doors are heavier than most). I think it took till the forth set till it was right but Gary was there the whole time and only ask me to ship back the unused struts once we finally had them right.
