Why would you put holes in a membrane that has its complete integrity???? It depends on the size and where the bubbles are. If you have bubbles around ANY Dicor sealant, that is normal. If you have bubbles in various areas around the roof, it depends on the size and if they expand and contract with the outside temp. Some EPDM roofs will have some bubbles depending on a lack of enough glue when they installed it. But if just small bubbles, do not put any holes of glue in the membrane. If you reseal areas on a EPDM rood with Dicor, THAT will cause small bubbles that recede over time and is normal. Doug
