In my case I had installed the components of a 6000BTU Samsung window AC unit into a dead rooftop RV AC unit housing. It was mounted on the bedroom vent opening of our previous coach and used only when parked. I powered it with my Honda EU 1000i in a box when we were boondocking. Its been a while but I seem to remember it drew about 3.5a when running.
