Bought a 12 volt deep cycle battery 6 months ago . It was charged but I never used the scooter and never charged the battery for the 6 months. Is the battery still good if I charge it and will it hold...

As I write this I am calculating a logarithmic formula to represent external voltage adjustment span in a Meanwell converter like resistance 1-2-4-7-11-16-21 ohms for specific voltage targets.
The battery in question needs to be equalized then load tested. Actual 5% equalization. 5.0 amps constant current until 16.0 volts is reached. I've not the ability to scout all sectors for a (affordable) constant current machine to do this. Have you seen one?
