Seafoam Treatment
I can't keep my Onan KY4000....H generator running unless I spray a continual mist of seafoam treatment into the air cleaner. Would this mean carb issue or control board issue?

- FUEL
could be a clogged carb, could be a bad fuel pump, or clogged filter
or Not enough gas in the RV tank, you do have at least a 1/2 tank right
somewhere around 1/4 the generator pickup can no longer reach the gas
the generator pickup is shorter than the drive engine pickup tube - If you have a good fuel flow to the carb, then yes it's a carb issue.
- I pull the fuel line off the carb while trying to start and its being presented in a continuous flow.
- Probably fuel flow issue.
