We have a Hitchhiker version: It has four lights for batteries, fresh, grey & black tanks. It also has a switch for propane hot water & a switch to turn on the water pump. The switches for the propane hot water & water pump light up when turned on. None of the four lights for the tanks have a light or error code. It would be easier to understand if none of them worked... Where would we find the wires to the tanks that you describe? We did not receive a booklet or model number when this was installed. Thanks!
Are the fresh/grey/black tank lights just indicator lights marked "Empty, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, Full" or similar? Or are they digital displays that show the percentage full level in each tank? If they're just stepped indicator lights, that is not a SeeLevel system. Might be a KIB system. Can you post a picture of the monitor panel?
