How prepared are you, tool-wise to diagnose this? Test light? Meter?
Start first, with that ground wire DISCONNECTED. What 12 volt items in your rig do NOT work when they should?
DO NOT CONNECT OR DISCONNECT ANYTHING when you are looking. Flipping on/off light switches is OK. Leave AC circuit breakers alone.
When leaving the camper and area disconnect the ground cable from the camper battery for safety. Smoldering ruins make for poor RV'ing.
One SAFE step at a time. What does not work? With the camper UNplugged?
