THANK YOU ALL FOR THE RESPONSES. I am trying to go cross country with the GF and the dog next year, so safety us my number 1 priority. Batt is currently disconnected for safety while I get info from ya'll.
I can get a hold of a meter from a friend, but do not know the first step to test. I WANT TO LEARN however as this is how I can learn life skills that will last with me.
For reference, here are my other utilities inside the camper.
1 Hot water tank...does this have any electrical running to it? it has LP pilot that i have to manually light....and it worked before this stuff happened. No water in it now, so I do not want to fire it up.(currently no plug or anode inside as it is winter and there's a bit of antifreeze in there)
2 LED lights installed by previous owner
2 overhead fans, (one stock and one installed by prev owner)
3 stock lights (gross incandescent bulbs)
1 stock external outside bug light
1 12V water pump
1 Gas monitor
1 Solar Regulator
How do I identify which wire is the ground wire from the battery? There are three wires on the + and three wires on the -
Next, what steps do i take to identify the issue?
