I sent Champion a detailed email of all trouble shooting that I had done on the morning of the 4th. Being a major holiday in the US I did not expect a response till at least late on the 5th - much to my surprise I received a telephone call from a knowledgeable service rep on the afternoon of the 4th, we discussed the problem and replacement ignition unit was shipped out on the 5th. Lots has been said about Champion's A+ quality of service - needless to say I also give them a major thumbs up and five stars - BH
