YOu may have a bit of fun finding it but for use in computer rooms they make a carbon impregnated floor.. Carbon is a medium conductor (Not Like Gold or silver but better than nylon)
They use it in industrial type computer rooms.. NO static.
From what I concluded on this forum - static electricity is the RESULT of low humidity, that is why I fight it with higher humidity.
Different floors can discharge or amplify the issue, what I experience by walking from stone floor onto carpet floors, but once I pull out my robe I am getting HOT no matter what floors.
The electricity did not exist in summer, when we had evaporative cooler running 24/7
