Thetford Toilet - Pedal Cable Kit 34106
Has anyone changed this cable on their Aqua Magic Style Plus toilet? How hard of a job is it? Our cable broke this evening. Is there any work around until we find the part? Thanks for any informat...

You need to remove shroud around base of toilet----2 elastic bands in back
You have to get to backside of toilet and move the drive arm in order to remove the cable ball from slot on drive arm----drive arm in under water valve (water valve & drive arm in red circle...cable is horizontal line just below toilet upper section)
Disconnect cable from foot pedal and remove from housing.
Best to just remove toilet and take outside where you have room to work.
Separate toilet bowl from base and then do the change out.
New floor flange gasket and cable kit
