I'm not an electrician so I will keep it simple in my terms. It doesn't matter what type of adaptor you use, you RV will only be able to use 30amps. The startup on the AC is much greater than the operating draw. The same is true of other motor driven devices in the RV. Many RVs have "smart monitors" which automatically turn off (give short naps) to appliances based on an specific manufactures program. So if you turn on the microwave the AC shuts down, then restarts when the microwave turns off. The frig or water pump could be tied into this. The least expensive option is to manually turn off the AC when using the microwave. Next option is to turn on the generator when using EVERYTHING and then shutting down the generator when you go back to minimal use. For a considerable sum of money you can have an RV shop wire the RV for 50amps. This involves a great deal of work, more than just changing the plug, for just like in a brick house you must change the breaker panel. I can tell you all this because we've been there.
Happy Trails.
