Given this, however, the answer to the original question would be:

It's 50 amp 240 volt service. With a a true 240 volt load, don't think you'll find anything like that in an RV, the max is 50 amps at 240 volts. When the load is multiple 120 volts loads then each hot leg can handle 50 amps. So yes it's 100 amps at 120 volts or 50 amps at 240 volts.
