The "locking device" does nothing to keep the sensor from spinning off. Only the friction from correctly tightening them will prevent loss. - ReneeGExplorer

Couple of ideas - 1. Look into getting a signal repeater ($59). From end to end, all hooked up we are about 53' and were advised to get a repeater. Ended up not needing it so sent it back. 2. Look into replacing the battery on the individual unit on the tire you are having trouble reading. - T-TruckerExplorerHi I got a TST system and having trouble getting the tire pressure reading on the moniter, sometimes their there then their not but the tire icon is still blinking,Any ideas.THX>

- powderman426ExplorerThough I don't have that brand, I just tightened like I would a regular cap. If your concerned about them coming loose the system should have locks to prevent that problem. At least my system did.
- BB_TXNomadI did mine snug but not overly tight. When I started screwing one on I would hear a momentary release of air. It quickly stopped as I turned it a little more and I stopped after that. No loss of air on recent 2,000 mile trip.
- LynnmorExplorer IIJust snug them up. Too tight will cause leaks.
