Probably failed fuel pump. If Relay, Fuses, Ignition Switch are all good, you should hear it spool up when turn the key to Run. If not fuel pump, say you find pressure (I think 30-40 PSI or so) on the test port, my next suspect is one I've heard of but not worked on: Position Sensor... I think it has a Crankshaft Position Sensor and maybe position sensor(s) on the camshafts.
Also, you can get a "noid light" at the auto supply that will tell you if the injectors are getting pulsed by the PCM.
