I got it installed, but it won't read any amps. At all. I have double checked that it is wired correctly, and there are no connections to the negative terminal other than the shunt. I get voltage read...

I did check that, and I have done two factory resets, and that causes it to default to 500/50. I was hoping it was a menu setting problem that I had messed up, but no such luck it seems.
