Water pump causes led lights to flicker when on Battery

This is a new trailer and when on battery power and using the water pump all the led lights flicker. There are two batteries and they are fully charged... Any thoughts of what could be causing thi...

I have 38 years working on RV's and a LACK or LOOSE ground will not cause a fuse to blow or melt. There is no path for current. Doug
