WFCO Fan Thermostat fix
Good day all.
I've been searching through this and other forums looking for a fix for the bad cooling fan thermostat on my WFCO 8955 converter with no luck. The converter is putting out power properly (as good as the cheap WFCO can) and I know the best thing to do is to replace the whole think with a good PD converter, but I can't rationalize spending the money at this time if I can get my soldering iron out and replacing a part or two.
Other than "throw it out" or "put it on the bench" does anybody have any advice/knowledge about how I could fix this puppy?
Thanks for any and all comments/help.
